For over 30 years, I have developed projects, businesses and organisations that make social change.
As a former charity CEO, I totally ‘get’ the complexities and challenges of leadership, business development, holding responsibility and limited resources.
I’ve been through the start-up innovation cycle, and then matured those services by building and managing teams of staff and volunteers, engaging and communicating with stakeholders, securing resources, and keeping clients and beneficiaries sweet.

I love designing & delivering fabulous workshops for different audiences.
Making learning engaging, informative and fun has been a consistent element of my career. I know I can deliver something special and on a wide range of topics that are relevant to my experience. I facilitate in person and online, but much prefer to be in the room when possible.
